1. Digital product access

Builder Admin Pack SA is a digital product for South African contractors. After payment is confirmed, you receive access to the customer portal and the templates and tools included in your selected pack.

2. Licence and use

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack within your own contracting business. You may use the templates on as many of your own projects as you wish.

3. No redistribution or resale

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, repackage, or share the templates, calculators, or downloadable files with other businesses or individuals outside your company.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for editing the templates to fit your project, your client and the applicable law. Default wording is professional starting language and is not a substitute for legal review on complex matters.

5. No legal guarantee

The pack provides practical business admin tools. It does not constitute legal advice. For complex disputes or formal legal contracts, consult a qualified attorney.

6. Payment terms

Pricing is shown in South African Rand. Payments are once-off unless you opt into the optional updates subscription. PayFast and EFT are accepted.

8. Intellectual property

All templates, layouts, wording and branding remain the intellectual property of Builder Admin Pack SA.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Builder Admin Pack SA is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the pack. Maximum liability is limited to the price paid.

10. Account access

You may not share your login credentials. Account access may be suspended for breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
